1. Introduction

Welcome to GrindSize, a coffee brewing tracker app. By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use GrindSize. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use GrindSize, you must create an account via OAuth (Strava or GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You may delete your account at any time using the in-app deletion feature or by contacting .

4. User Content

Users may create and save brew sessions, notes, ratings, and grinder preferences. You retain ownership of your content but grant GrindSize a non-exclusive license to store and display it as part of the app functionality.

You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, offensive, or violates third-party rights.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to this processing as described.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use GrindSize for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts or interferes with other users or the app's functionality.

7. Service Availability

GrindSize is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to maintain service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may perform maintenance or updates without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software within GrindSize are the property of Philip Brembeck or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrindSize and its owner are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or interruption of service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Data deletion will follow the procedures in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of German courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
